Local lender vs. national one
Hi everyone,
What are the pros and cons between a local vs. national lender if you plan to invest in multiple states? I would think for national, you can just establish the relationship with one, then you don't have to go through the process again (obtaining a pre-approval, etc.). I'd love to hear your thoughts and approaches.
Regards,
Stanley
