Where do I begin in my investing!?
Hey Guys! I'm new to bigger pockets and have been binge listening to the podcast. SO here's my situation. I'm 29 and am currently renting a 3/2 home for $1800mo before utilities. I have around $10k to put down on a rental property. I would like to purchase a duplex/triplex, however the prices in my area are insane.
Do i go ahead and try for an FHA loan at 3.5% down and try and get something around 200-250k or do I wait and save for a bigger down payment? It's killing me to pay $1800 to my landlord every month! I want to be the one receiving the checks! Thanks for any input
