Quebec or New Brunswick ?

Hello everyone

Im starting to look at condos in MTL / Quebec city, and multi family property in New Brunswick ( Fredericton or Moncton ).

Im new to the Canadian market, and spent the last 3 months reading and reading more.

But im lacking the information of whats better?

Should I go with condo in a big city and rent it, or multi unit in smaller cities?

I will be visiting Montreal soon, plus its 2 hours away im in Ottawa, and will be visiting NB in 3 months to just get to see and properly talk to some real estate agents.

Any feed back or information is great. And would love to meet people and discuss this, cus when i bring up this topic with friends they all look at me like we are crazy.
