New to wholesaling in Chicago
Hey guys,
I’m new to real estate investing and am looking for advice on what to do and where to start. I have done a lot of research and feel I am ready to dive in. I want to start off with wholesaling as a way of getting into investing. I met a lady who is moving soon but is having trouble selling her house even after lowering the price quite a bit. I thought this sounded like a perfect opportunity but I am stuck at how to approach this.
