Newbie looking at Denver vs Portland OR vs Dallas

I’m looking to get into real estate investing. Does anyone have any thoughts on getting started in Dallas vs Denver vs PDX? Would love to get in touch with folks in any of these locations. Currently in Dallas but strongly considering Denver and PDX for a re-location
