Financing Stipulation - Do I have to take any financing offered?
Hi, I am about to submit an offer on an apartment complex, and will have a financing stipulation. I am looking for 80% LTV, but what if the only financing I get offered is 70% LTV. Would I have to take it, or can I walk away from the deal?
