How to legally market a wholesale contract?
Hi all, this is my first post, how is everybody?
How do I legally market a wholesale contract? I'm in the Chicago area but I am going to concentrate getting deals in the north suburbs. So the question is when I am trying to find a buyer what can I actually include in the marketing of my contract? For instance address of the property? etc...And is it ok to show buyers the property if I only have it under contract? Exactly how do I go about it, if I only have a contract to sell?
