Looking for an accountant

Wondering if the BP nation has any tips for finding an accountant for our real estate investing business. We only have 2 properties currently but are planning to expand within the year & are in the midst of incorporating the business.  

If there is a podcast (BP or otherwise)  that I could get referred to, to shed some light on this discussion that would be helpful as well.
