Whole Sale Releste Confusion

I see a bunch of youtube videos START WHOLESALING WITH 0 DOLLARS!!

I guess , even after watching these numerous times , I dont understand how i can go to a distressed seller (without money) write up the contract to buy the house. Then take it to flipper buyer write up assignment agreement , then close together and i get the profit. The scheme makes sense. The fact that I'm buying the house on a purchase agreement with no money backing me at all is confusing....help??
