Hey there… I am a local Real Estate Investor in Portage County. I am currently looking for a Investor Friendly Title Company; one that is familiar with:

  • Double Closings with one Title Commitment
  • Wraps( Subject to’s, Contract for deed)
  • Assignment Contracts
  • Short Turnaround time for Title Search
