Sub 2 question

After completing a Sub 2 deal I called the mortgage company to get info needed to send them a Autorization to Release Loan Info. I'm trying to get duplicate notices regarding the loan sent to me. They said I need to include the reason for the authorization. What reason do I give them? And the second issue, they said the authorization would be good for only 6 months. Am I asking the mortgage company for the wrong thing?
