Investment with out of state partner

Just getting started and looking for my first house to rehab and flip.

Have an partner that will be involved with investment but is out of state. Looking for advice with how to make this work best?

Some banks do not deal with partners out of state from each other. Do we start a joined bank account and pull from that?

Looking for some options that could work.
