Very basic question....property inforation

OK, This I'm sure is a very basic question....hopefully not to basic. I have found this property, and I am trying to do the very first basic reasearch on it. Like who owns it, and who is paying taxes on it. This is the last deed of trust on record that I can find. Does this mean the bank owns it??
