Hello all and iam happy to be here and get a better understanding. I have been reading and researching for a very long time and dont understand anyone of it. I understand that its not hard if you know what your doing,. But i dont understand the lengo. Iam starting out and ready to start flipping housing. would rather invest and turn a profit. Can anyone help me.  thanks i would rather work close with someone. To start out to invest. Help with the loan. Thanks alot in advance. I know alot of hidden gems here in Atlanta that is just wanted to be bought remodeled and use but i have no idea how to get started. It will be a win win.
