Any ideas for obtaining income on a property yet to be rehabbed?

So, I have a property that is not ready to rent as I am working on my other property first. These are my first 2 properties and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to how I can obtain some income in the meantime before I start rehabbing 2nd property? 

Do you think I could rent space in the yard? Any and all ideas are welcomed. :) Thank you.
