FHA loan/ Multifamily

Hello,

New and eager to start my real estate journey. So far I have only listen to podcast and started reading books. I have some debt that I’m currently working on getting rid off. I recently was approved only for a fha loan of $130,000. I currently reside in Atlanta, ga. I have six months left on my lease. Does anyone have any tips I should take if I’m interested in multi-family investing? I know you need money to begin investing and that I should focus on my debt first but is there anything else I should be doing besides education and networking? Does anyone know any other options that I can do if want to start analyzing multifamily properties and possibly move into one in order to house hack if I don’t have the money for a down payment?
