¿How to calculate Capex percentage?
I searched on google but i want to make sure if im correct.
Example:
I have 1 property i rent it for 1000/month
BUT i pay 700 ( PITI,property manager,Repairs,Vacancy,HOA etc)
So i have 300/month profit
So 700 ÷1,000% = 70% Capex
So my Capital Expenditures are 70%
