Hi there BP friends!

My business partner and I have been doing extensive amount of research in starting out in REI for the last 4 months and have been saving money to be ready. I cannot begin to explain how excited we are that we have found something we are extremely passionate about. The thing about doing research and reading a million books is the rabbit hole that we fell into and eventually got stuck and quite honestly, intimidated. But we shall not falter because we have our eyes on the prize and nothing will stop us from getting there! Our focus is in wholesaling and rehabbing.

We have been to most RE seminars offered in our vicinity, made A LOT of connections and would like to offer our services to you all as well! In exchange for allowing us to stretch our legs and learn from the pros, here are some services we can offer to you:

-Take a day off and let us go take pictures of properties you're interested in Miami

-Marketing assistance. We will go to extreme lengths to get you Bandit signs in any area...legally.

-Paperwork? Don't worry about it. (just double check our work. Scouts honor: we learn fast and you will never have to repeat yourself after showing us once)

-When we find a GREAT deal. YOU will be the first one to know about it.

In exchange, all we ask is that you

-allow us to run our numbers by you in a potential transaction

-if you have made any mistakes, tell us about them and please stop us if we get ahead of ourselves.

-Let us be there when you negotiate a deal or contract and take us through your process.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are limited as we both work full time jobs (myself, in estate/resale of luxury goods and my partner is in law enforcement) I have weekends off and my partner has 2 days during the week available.
