Where do I start, can someone please help?!

Hello all,

My name is Linnetti, but I go by Lynn, it seems much easier to say for most. I just wanted to get my feet wet and I have a strong desire to start a business in real estate. I've been doing tons of reading, watching webinars, and listening to podcasts. I have my own land and I need to build on it, but I have no idea where or how to start. All of the material I come across is about buying, selling, flipping, or etc and I can't really find anything for my unique circumstance. Can someone point me in the right direction and refer me to any good reading material, website, banks, etc. Anything information would be a tremendous help, and thanks in advance.
