Looking for General Contractor Referrals in Kitchener Waterloo

Posted

Hello! I have 1.5 months before closing date and I'm planning to convert a cute 800 sqft bungalow to a legal duplex. This is my first time doing this, so it's quite nerve-wrecking but exciting at the same time.

I was contemplating of managing all the sub contractors myself (there's a first for everything right?) or going with a general contractor. I spoke with a general contractor earlier but I wanted to get more quotes to see what the prices are like. Since I know everyone here on BiggerPockets is so supportive, I figured this would be the best place to ask for referrals or advice on if managing the sub-trades is worth it :)

Any advice would be appreciated ! Thanks in advance!
