Hello BP fam I feel completely lost I've been reading books, listening to podcasts and even went driving for dollarsI thought wholesaling would be the route for me, but now I'm really unsure. I know I would like to find deals and fix up homes ( guess that's called the BRRRR method....still learning the lingo lol) I have wonderful credit high 700, but not a lot of money on hand. I've been reading How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started & Rich Dad Poor Dad and after reading that I immediately created an FSP. After creating my FSP I was immediatley upset with my figures. I used my VA loan to purchase our first home in 2017, my husband and I are planning to relocate to MD and turn our home into a rental property. I do not want to use my VA loan again until I purchase my forever home. I would like really like to invest in some properties in TN,TX, and MD. What should I do I kind of feel as if I'm all over the place. I would really like to get one property under my belt, but don't want to rush and something go wrong. All suggestions are welcome
