What’s the next move?
I see an opportunity to get a 4 unit apartment for 29k with excessive water bill and taxes. tenants pay $600-650/mo and must be closed within 5 days of accepted offer but I’m a total newbie to this game with bad credit still learning need advice/thoughts on what is the first step on a situation like this
