Good Evening everyone,

My name is Christopher, I am new to BiggerPockets, And even newer to the Real estate game. Ive been doing my own research and education on the subject, to which is where I found this community! and of course youtube.

So let me jump into it. Can some one explain a lease option, how works, how it would be ran, and what the Potential outcome of the investment might be? One of the biggest things that contributed to my curiosity was Kris Krohn’s strategy on lease options. having two separate contracts, When It came time for the option for the tenant to buy the house, to have an appraiser do it the value. Honestly, I have a ton of questions about this Strategy and lease option in general, so I’m leaving it open to you guys. What are your thoughts about lease options for a first time investor? And how would you go about doing so?
