Is Real Acquisitions Good?

If you've used Real Acquisitions to generate lead flow, do you recommend it? Im trying to find a reliable source for leads but can't figure out which website to use. Tried home gain which was a complete bust and got 0 leads. Also tried realeflow but really dont like the user interface. 

Any suggestions are very much appreciated!
