Sacramento Peeps -- Hello!

Hello everyone, my name is Digna and I'm new to the game of Real Estate.  I live in the Sacramento area. My game right now is to pay down a large personal debt (which requires a lot of patience), meanwhile improve my credit score (pretty low right now), then raise money for down payment (and possible repairs) for a property.  My full-time position makes it difficult to get much done in this field though I'm reading a lot on RE.

I joined a few meet-up groups and have attended a couple.  I've also gone house "shopping" just to get familiar with different properties.  I've met a few people and making some connections.

My question for now is: Does anyone know a real estate attorney in the Sac area? What about a CPA familiar with RE?

Thanks,

Digna
