ANY SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE HELP!
I am just starting out in real estate investing. I am actively looking for my first deal but it seems every time i find one its snatched out from under me because i dont have the funds to buy it up right then. I have a commercial building ,that i own outright, on the market at this time and i was hoping to use the funds from the sale to pay off debts and fund my investment company. Does anyone know of a lender they have worked with or have heard of that would loan me funds for a short period of time until my shop sells so i can get started?
