Finding A Mortgage lender

Hello,

I live in the Northern New Jersey area and I came across a few rental properties that I am interested in purchasing. However, I am looking for a mortgage lender and having some difficulty. I am totally new at this and don’t know how to select a really good one. Any suggestions would be great.
