Good afternoon everyone. I'm a newbie and even though I've done my research by watching tons of videos I'm still confused. I'm wondering is it beneficial to have an agent working w you as a mentor as you move along?

How do I compile a list of investors before I actually find the properties, or is that even the right approach? By reading the threads I take it as keep it simple when starting out. But, what constitutes simple? Thank you for your time and feed back in advance. Have a great day.
