Tips on how to find a "negotiator"

Hi guys,

I'm not even sure this is the correct forum to ask, if not, please moderators feel free to move it to the correct one and accept my apologies.

I'm really new to this business and still going through the growing pains.
I'm having real hard times getting offers accepted, even those that I know for sure are good deals for the sellers.
In an effort to find out what I'm doing wrong I decided to record myself in a couple of calls and revisited the calls later...and I think I may have found one pain-point: my spanish accent sucks!!
I think english-speaking sellers may not feel comfortable dealing with a person who they have hard times to understand, not because of the english itself, but because of a very strong accent and "weird" pronunciation.

The only solution I see here is to try to find someone to talk to the sellers for me. I already have VAs making calls and getting me the props info, then I analyze them to find deals. But, one thing is just asking for general info to a seller and a very different thing is actually making an offer and negotiating the deal.

Does anyone here have experience using someone else to make the offers to the sellers?...any other suggestion?

Thanks a lot!
