Due Diligince and inspections
Hi all, I’ve just had a contract on a duplex in the Beechmont neighborhood of Louisville, KY accepted. Have not been in the house but been told it needs a lot of work. I have a 10 day inspection period. who do I need to get in there as far as inspections and getting a quote on repairs. Is there a single person that can give me estimates or do I need to get a roofer, plumber, termite, radon, drywall, etc. guy in there to look at it during inspection time? Also any recommendations on specific people would be great thanks in advance.
