Financial Partner(s) Contract
Does any know of a contract that I would use for a silent financial partner?

As Ned notes, there are basic contracts around, but for such an important agreement, I would go to an attorney and have them draft an agreement for you that fits all of your and your partners needs for this particular partnership.
