Understanding MAO(Maximum allowable offer)

Hey BP,

So I'm doing research on MAO when wholesaling and I'm get confused or maybe just been thinking about it to hard but after finding your MAO, how do you know what to sell it for.do I just add my profit back to that #? If anyone can explain or even a link where I can read on it a little more. All I can find is how to find MAO
