Case-Schiller Index - Buy or hold?

Bryan Wessel
Posted

I keep reading all these headlines on the Case-Schiller and how the home price growth is the weakest since 2012.

I live in LA and anxiously standing by to make a first time purchase. Index was O.O% monthly and 3.2 over last 12 mos.

Is this latest CS report a good sign for me? Or is it a sign that there could be further movement, maybe down, and I should wait to pull the trigger.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks
