Purchase Price- 65k (already rehabbed) 

Down payment - 20k

Mortgage (loan)- 45k

Mortgage 

Monthly payment - approximately 500$/ month

Estimated Rental Income -1200-1300$ / month (both apartment combined)

Property Management 100$ / month

Estimated After Repair Value 120-150k

The intent here is to refinance in 30-60 days.

Estimated monthly payment on refi -700-900 a month.
