Real estate agent compensation for mailings
I'd like to get a mailing out in a specific community to try to unearth buyers off market. Should I do this mailing myself or with the assistance of a real estate agent? I've already identified an agent who could and will work with me if that's the direction I take. Should the letter come from me personally or the agent? How is the agent compensated if the letter comes from me, but I still need someone to walk through the paperwork, etc.? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
