LLC Yeah traditional mortgage

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anybody else has experience with this. I am currently talking to a lender, I want to go in LLC route. He is saying that even if it is an LLC, anybody who puts money into the LLC has to be on the loan. Is this normal?
