I am interested in learning how to do home flips. I have a project management background, and have a small bit of experience as a landlord, but want to know how how feasible flipping houses would be while still maintaining my day job as an engineer?
I feel fairly comfortable on how to at least approach the renovation side of the business and some experience on project estimation, but entering and exiting the project are less familiar.
Is this best done as an LLC, or a sole proprietorship? How would I go about finding a reputable and affordable RE attorney? Would I be better off using a RE agent at the sale end of the deal, especially considering my limited availability during business hours?
Just hoping to be able to pick a few brains here.
