Love REI but not a DIYer; Labor advice needed
Hi Everyone,
This forum is remarkable and so enlightening. I have done a fruitless search and thought it best to reach out to the house.
I will try to cut to the chase. How does an investor/landlord with limited capital source labor that doesn't eat up the profits? How does a first time investor/landlord find reliable help?
REI appeals to me for the purposes of wealth acquisition, self sufficiency and earning more from my money. However, I am a first time home owner who has consistently had a rough time finding reliable labor (ex: drainage and grading issues).
A hinderance that keeps me from jumping in is the question below:
If I am unable to get reliable, cost effective and timely fixes for my home, how would I successfully make a living out of REI?
Any and all insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
