Prospective Investor Looking for Guidance
I am a prospective investor in multi-family (2+ units), and want to start building equity by buying distressed properties to fix and rent. I work full time so would like to try to do that by using a reliable contractor and just project managing.
Is there anyone doing the same thing now that can offer some words of advice or pass on lessons learned?
Any guidance is much appreciated.
