i recently started a LLC with some friends to start house flipping. We are in the process of choosing our first property to rehab. Do we need to find a property before requesting hard money from a lender? If so, do we need to put offer on the property to get the ball rolling or do we go to hard money lender beforehand to work out how much money we need? what are some prerequisites when applying for a hard money loan? Any advice in general even it has nothing to do with my questions would be greatly appreciated.
