Hey Everyone,

I'm a new(ish) real estate agent.  I'm transitioning my business to focus solely on investor clients.  

I am attending a real estate investors networking event in Philadelphia this upcoming Tuesday.  What professionals should I make a point to meet? 

So far my goal is to meet some hard money lenders and contractors.  Who else should I meet that I can form a business relationship with that can help me serve my clients?
