Getting Started Wholesaling

Hello everyone. I have been searching for mentorship and unfortunately, I can't afford any at this time. I don't want that to hinder me. I am ready to step out on my own, starting out with wholesaling. Please help on buyers list, lead generator, contracts and many more that can lead me to the right path. I live in Miami, FL.

I would not start by paying anyone. Start by reading (library card is free!) pick up some of the bigger pockets books and start going to your local BP and REIA meetings ! You can learn as much as you need there but you are going to have to commit some time. There are no shortcuts to knowledge!
