Trying to understand the perks of having an LLC with little asset
Good evening everyone,
I have seen the topic of LLC being thrown around a lot lately . If you are just starting out in real-state is it a good idea to start an LLC if you have bought one a property . I understand it protects your personal assets but why are people so in rush to get one if they really don't have any any assets ?
