Aww man glory to the most high to start off but its been a interesting hard working and learning 4 months in my first flip with my partner. We Started RJ&A Inc about 2 years ago and during those two years we both set out and drove around looking for the right one. We stay in Miami fl so the prices for a start off rehab with light damage was very big task and we wanted a nice area good comps and all that good stuff. We found our property 4 months ago and were reaching to the final end to being completely done and were jus motivated and excited to be coming to a end with this process and learning from everything. If I had any advice for anybody starting off I would say dont stop looking until u find that right one no matter what and find a contractor that respect your time frame when u want your property done because that was a big problem for us that we are going to learn from next flip. Good luck guys and stay blessed and motivated
