ProSource Real Estate and Tax Deed & Lien Software-Worth it?
Is anyone familiar with the ProSource Real Estate and Tax Deed & Lien Software and would you suggest buying it for finding properties and getting instant comps? ($3,000) I attended one of their seminars last weekend, and although they were just trying to sell their "mentoring", they had some great info and I learned a lot. This software looked great, but not having any experience at all, I'm hesitant to invest in it without outside reviews.
