San Diego -Down payment help?
Hi Bigger Pockets, first post here. I recently signed a lease on a 5-bd/3ba home with a permitted back house (appx 400sqft). The owner choose to lease to us because he couldn’t find a buyer since this house is slightly over priced. It is the largest and newest home in the neighborhood. I was hoping to try and snag it through some creative seller financing agreement. My problem is that I’ve got a great job and credit score but I’m cashless. Im not interested in lease to buy option. More looking to offer him 5% down, 7yr balloon amortized over 30yrs. Does anyone in San Diego have any ideas? I’ll buy lunch if you’re local!
Cheers,
Curren
