Property management screening

Hi all,

New BP member here. Looking to get into out of state real estate investment specifically in Wisconsin and I want to know what questions and things you should ask and look for when talking to property management companies. Is there a link someone can direct me to that shows a list of questions or something along those lines?

Also any help recommendations for property managers in Wisconsin area are welcomed. Specifically looking in Milwaukee, kenosha, racine area.

Thanks!

you best bet will be recommendations from investors using PM's in that area, I dont have one in that area, but if you venture north, I have 2 I work with.
