Foreigner, new to invest in US, advice on building bank credit

Hi BP members,

I live in UK and so far have invested in Single Family units in UK, and after several past US visits, I am looking to relocate to a sunny part of US (Texas or Florida). I would really appreciate any advice on how I can go about building credit score with banks so I could essentially do BRRR strategy, by buying in cash and refinance with bank. As new to US, it will take me some time to build credit score, not sure how long. Any advice on how I can go about finding a place to buy for investment would be appreciated, as well as banks to open with/build credit score, etc. So far plan is to target max budget of $90-100k properties that would have minimum rental of $1500. Looking at MLS/Foreclosure sites, and the information out there is a bit overwhelming as a newbie.

Thanks!

Sobiya
