Getting Started in Midtown & South Kansas City

Hey Everyone,

I’m looking to getting started with real estate investing. I currently live out in south KC, and I’m interested in looking for a mentor to help as I start this journey.

I’ve bought copies of BP’s books all in relation to real estate investing and rental properties, and as I’ve been reading, I seem to be more interested in buy-and-hold opportunities with duplexes starting off.

Anyone know of someone or would be willing to be a mentor? Any advice on the market would be greatly appreciated as well, along with any advice on getting started!
