Title Company In Kansas City

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good investor friendly title company in the Kansas City Kansas/Missouri  area. Thank you!

All the title companies in Kansas City are great for the most part.   We often close with whoever the seller or buyer wants because the one thing that every title company has in common is that it is for some reason tough to close with two.  Don't get me wrong, they all work well together, but you do seem to need to be an intermediary.

That said.  Dave Green and his team at Accurate Title do a great job and have been focusing on real estate investment transactions since before they joined MAREI in 2004.  And they go out of their way to support and educate the new investor.  I can probably say that everything I know about solving title problems came from making phone calls to Accurate Title.

They have found a notary in Lima Peru for me when a buyer let his wife go on vacation and we had a closing where she needed to sign.  They also facilitated a closing when the husband of a seller was in Bejing.  They get it done.  One of their past closers even went to a Hospital when my seller was not able to make it to the title company.
